We removed the plaster back to brickwork, installed a chemical dpc and applied a tanking slurry due to high external ground levels and rendered the walls with our added waterproof and salt retardant additives. We also applied a self level to floor ready to come back once the roof is finished to plaster and apply an epoxy resin to the floor.
