Here we go again. Another reason to up my game now, our 2nd son has arrived. Mother and baby doing very well and we are all looking forwards to settling in as a family of 4 👶👶👨🙋‍♀️

🔹 Must be near good schools
🔹 All the good ones seem to be snapped up so quickily
🔹 All the ones that seem good on paper are s**t in real life 🤣
🔹 Found a fantastic one…has spray foam in the rafters and overpriced 😫
🔹 Need to have a break from RightMove and PropertyData for a day or two as can feel analysis paralysis creeping in and don’t want to become motivated buyer.
