I specialise in working with neurodivergent young people experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, and school-based anxiety.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to each young person's unique needs.

✨ I currently have online appointments available on:
• Tuesdays (early afternoon)
• Wednesdays (early afternoon)

I am able to support:
✔ Neurodivergent young people
✔ Children and young people who are currently not attending school
✔ Home-educated children
✔ Young people with IOTA or EHCP plans
✔ Those experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, and school-related challenges

Online therapy provides a safe, supportive space where young people can access help from the comfort and familiarity of their own environment.
