🔰 GRFU Volunteer Awards - Rebecca Ficuciello 🔰

🎉 She only went and won the whole thing! 🎉

Our very own Becky Ficuciello was nominated for the Unsung Hero Award at the GRFU awards recently, and the ceremony was held at Kingsholm Stadium today.

From an incredible 2,000 nominations, the field was narrowed down to 250 volunteers, then to just 5 finalists! And our Bex came out on top!

She will now go on to represent Gloucestershire at Twickenham Stadium, where she’ll compete against winners from across the country for the national title!

To say we’re proud is an understatement. Bex’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to the club are truly exceptional, and she is putting Whitehall firmly on the map.

Bex is also Whitehall Juniors RFC social media manager and she wouldn't ever post anything about herself, she'll hate us for putting this up but we couldn’t think of a more deserving winner!

Thanks for everything you do Bex, and congratulations 👏👏 👏

🔰 Whitehall U15s are looking for new players for 2026/27 🔰 current Yr 9’s (starting Yr 10 Sept ‘26)

Whether they are new to Rugby or currently at a team and not enjoying it/not getting much game time, Whitehall are accepting any kids currently in Year 9, moving to Year 10 after the summer.

🔰 The Whitehall Community Needs You 🔰

The club was saddened to hear about our former player Ryan England, who was recently diagnosed with Sarcoidosis.

Ryan's close friends have rallied around him, and even though he originally said no to a GoFundMe page, he needs support. He's currently unable to work.
