This is APPALLING

For anyone whom wasn't aware - an incredible, selfless and quite frankly physically superior individual reached out to us to say that he was going to be running the Llangollen Ultra Marathon to raise money for The Man Down Programme. The race was yesterday and he utterly smashed it! 🏔🏃🏻‍♂️💨

As a non-profit organisation in it's infancy, we are so grateful for feats such as this in creating revenue that can go straight into helping demystify men's mental illness and affecting change.

We are scratching the surface of what is a continuing issue - Llangollen wasn't built in a day (!!) but we are bolstered by not only this kindness but the lovely, powerful feedback from the spaces in which we have delivered our training to.
