We're currently operating reduced hours while we work on a number of projects and services, and currently opening times are as follows:

Lady's Sessions
Mon - Fri 9.30am - 11.30am and 4pm - 7pm

Men's sessions
Mon - Fri 7pm - 11pm

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but we aim to return to normal hours, with increased activities and services in the not-too-distant future.

The gym and cafe will be closed Friday 06/06/2025 and Saturday 07/06/2025 for Eid celebrations.
