📦 A Quick Note About Parcel Collections 📦

We’d just like to thank everyone who chooses to collect their parcels with us. We really appreciate your support! ❤️

As many of you know, our store can get very busy, especially during peak hours. To help keep queues moving and ensure everyone is served as quickly as possible, we kindly ask customers collecting parcels to have a quick look through the parcel bags when directed by a member of staff. This helps us locate the correct parcel much faster while still ensuring the right item is handed over.

We understand this may be a little different to some other stores, but it’s a system that helps us serve hundreds of parcel customers efficiently every week.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing you in store! 💙
