We completely understand that life happens, plans change, and emergencies arise. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible.
As a small independent business, every appointment slot is valuable. When a client doesn't attend their appointment or cancels at the last minute, it's a slot that another client could have taken and income that our team has relied upon.
Behind every appointment are staff wages, rent, utilities, products, and the many overheads involved in running a salon.
We work incredibly hard to provide the best service possible and kindly ask for the same respect in return.
A quick phone call or message can make a huge difference and allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone on our waiting list.
