We are looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing business near Wainfleet.

Duties include:
✅ Production line work
✅ Packing and stacking products
✅ Following food safety and hygiene standards
✅ Working as part of a team

Previous factory or food production experience is essential, and due to the location, your own transport is required.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Engineer to join a team delivering major flood risk and infrastructure projects across Lincolnshire.

The role involves managing projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders, councils, and the Environment Agency.
