Today at our Community Allotment, members of the local community came together to harvest fresh produce, maintain the raised beds, and enjoy the outdoors.

Our sessions are about more than just gardening they provide an opportunity for people to work together, build friendships, share conversations, and support one another in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. It’s wonderful to see our community growing together, one session at a time.

From Tiny Seeds to Homegrown Courgettes 🌱🥒

What started as tiny seeds has grown into healthy courgettes through patience, care, and the dedication of our amazing community. Every visit, every watering session, and every helping hand has played a part in bringing our allotment to life.

Our garden is more than just a place to grow food—it’s a space where people come together, learn new skills, improve their wellbeing, and see the rewards of working as a community.

We’re so proud of how far we’ve come, and this is only the beginning.💛

From Seed to Success 🌱

This transformation has been made possible thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. Their generous support enabled In Unity We Rise CIC to purchase seeds, compost and essential growing materials, helping us create a thriving community growing space.

Together, we’re growing fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs, bringing people together, improving wellbeing, and giving our community the opportunity to learn, grow and connect.
