We Popped over to Sam Weeks’ Sam Weeks studio yesterday morning for a studio visit. Her space is homely, full of energy, and watching her work was magic. 😎✨✨

She’s deep into a phase with this soft, pastel baby pink right now… squeezing Golden fluid acrylic straight onto the panels, rubbing back, scratching in, layering, there’s all sorts going on! Each piece feels like a vibrant experiment, alive with colour and time, as if they’ve already lived a life. Super cool to sit, watch, and soak it all in.

Thanks for letting me visit Sam! 🤓👏👏👏 🌈

And if you fancy more colour, conversation, coffee & cake - be sure to visit Sam this weekend in Malvern:

✨ New work incoming… ✂️📽️🌀

A couple of us from the In Full Flow collective - Emma Woolley & Tara Harris - have been quietly working away on something special for •nook•’s Paper exhibition.

Introducing Mad as a Box of Frogs 🐸

A playful stop-motion short and paper installation made entirely from recycled •nook• invites. Every scrap tells a story.

It reimagines the gallery’s first year- from Gosia & Darren’s opening night to the brilliant blur of exhibitions and private views that followed.

📍 Please head to the Paper exhibition at •nook• gallery to watch the full film and see the installation in person!

• MEET THE ARTIST • Tara Harris – Final Weekend TODAY/TOMORROW 🌒

Our collective sister will be at this Saturday & Sunday to mark the final weekend of her hauntingly beautiful solo show Lands Beyond.

Come and experience it while you can:
🌫 Watch her paint, live and in flow
🌊 Talk to her about memory, landscape and the stories beneath the surface
🖼 Wander through the show with Tara as your guide

Tara’s work moves between dream and terrain—this is your last chance to step inside.

We’re so proud of her, and grateful to nook for making space for this powerful debut.
