Three years. One incredible journey. 💙
At just 8 years old, Hannah-Dua Iqbal has reached another fantastic milestone by earning her USKA Ninjas Blue Belt at Saturday's grading at the USKA Fight Factory.
The photo says it all... from receiving her very first Star Student award on her first ever class three years ago to proudly standing with USKA Chief Instructor Neil Kelly once again, this time showing off her new Blue Belt.
A wonderful example of what dedication, perseverance and consistent hard work can achieve. We're incredibly proud of you, Hannah-Dua. Congratulations on a well deserved promotion!
Here is the 46th USKA Fight Factory 'Combination Of The Week'.
The Weekly Combinations will feature various Kickboxing, Boxing, K-1, Low Kick and Continuous drills on the Pads with a slow motion break down followed by an example of full flow ex*****on.
We hope you will find them useful and a good training aid to help you with ideas to practice.
