🚨 Community Water Safety Event – Join Us! 🚨
LSAR are proud to have teamed up with Native Coffee at Queens Quay Maritime Mile Belfast to support RLSS UK Drowning Prevention Week, and we’d love you to come along and get involved!

🕚 11:00am – 4:00pm
Come down for a great day where you can meet the team and learn vital water safety skills that could make all the difference.

👨‍🚒 Friendly team members ready to chat and answer your questions
Our volunteers will be on hand throughout the day to offer advice, guidance, and practical tips on how to stay safe in and around waterways—whether you’re walking, swimming, paddling, or just enjoying the outdoors.
☕ Plus, grab a coffee from Native Coffee while you’re there and support a great local collaboration!
Let’s work together to raise awareness and help prevent drowning. Bring along family and friends—everyone is welcome! 💙

Join us at the Sailortown Festival on Sunday 7th June from 12 noon to 4pm for an afternoon filled with local culture, history, and community spirit. Set in the heart of Sailortown, the event promises live music, family-friendly entertainment, food stalls, and a chance to celebrate the area’s rich heritage.

We will also be on hand offering water safety advice, along with the opportunity to view our emergency water rescue equipment and vehicles up close. Whether you're dropping by for the atmosphere or staying to enjoy the full programme, it’s a great way to spend a summer afternoon.

This Friday 29th and Saturday 30th, keep an eye out for our dedicated Lifeboat crew and land teams who’ll be on hand to help keep everyone safe during the AVA Festival.
