Reflexology 🌸... a simple but effective diagram to indicate the location of the lumbar, cervical spine and shoulder reflexes in the foot. A bit of extra concentration on these areas last night on a lovely client with shoulder pain was evidently beneficial to her... even walking out the door she felt “loosened up”.
