This class is taught by lovely All our classes run in blocks to develop consistency and progression over time. This also helps your teacher get to know your body and facilitate individually so you achieve the best results safely from using the reformer. We do not therefore offer drop in or class passes and this has worked with great results for many years here at our established authentic Pilates studio.
