Overwhelmed by your responses tonight! If it feels emotional, it's because it was an emotional experience. Congrats to Ricky!!!!!! it’s Ironic to say I lost because I gained a friend in the process, I’m mostly proud of the relationship we have now ever since that last episode.

 I am absolutely thrilled with the overwhelming positive response I received from everyone ever since the show aired. This was a big leap for me and generally a gut-wrenching experience when I look back. Regular life was on hold for the duration of the filming and in came fancy cameras, promotional shooting, ‘’ talking heads’’ as I later learned that’s what its called when you slabber on camera about other contestants cooking making me feel like I was in an episode of the Real Housewives of Fermanagh…

New Friends were made, emotional stress from my side because the oven stopped working and so did my brain it appears coz who forgets to add butter and cheese to a recipe they have made over and over lol, then, in the space of time it takes to snap your fingers and remember you forgot to chill the potatoes aswelll, it's over, You're out. You didn't win :O BUT! looking back, I wouldn’t change it for the world! The producers were amazing and so was everyone on set. I would do it again in a heartbeat! This was something I will remember for the rest of her life.
