This was a landlords client that let the property go to ruin , grass overgrown and weeds 3 foot high , grass ruined and fence never treated , now with a little patience we strimmed the grass/weeds , cleared the rubbish , painted the fence with a harvest brown , now we could go a step further and add new grass or artificial grass with gorgeous cotswold stones and feature plant pots but the after photo was just what the landlord client wanted - simple and clean , ready for the next tenant to maintain it better.
