Spinning class still running 7pm Thursdays Sherfield Park get in touch to book your place

Just to update everyone regarding our spinning classes. Sherfield Park CC is not going to be opening again until 31 August currently. Therefore our classes will not resume until September at the earliest.

If you are in desperate need of loaning a spin bike then please get in touch. Offered to existing customers only. Thanks and see you soon. Russ

Spinnings hard right?! If it’s done properly it’s progressive and should gradually build you up not kill you. So at SportingFit we ride like we’re on the road and you learn to be a better rider first and then you get more out of the workout. So you keep coming back and you get to the level of fitness you want without dying before you get there.
