A little weekend round up.

3 Raced Coaching athletes took to the streets this weekend over 13.1 miles. .warrington.169 who knocked 4 minutes off her pb at the Leicester half marathon, who continues to improve with another pb of 21 seconds. And finally who ran a decent race as part of his marathon training on Sunday.

2 Raced Coaching athletes were in action at today’s
using the race as preparation for in the spring, with 2 blocks of marathon paced miles. Also in training for with a new course pb despite a few niggles this week.

As a runner or outdoor person, you are used to seeing whatever nature throws at you. But is there a better sight than witnessing a rainbow as clear as this!

36 years ago today, I made my indoor debut. The Yellow Pages junior athletics event at the Meadway Sports centre in Reading.

Medals have certainly changed a lot since then!
