💷 Pay: £13.19 per hour | Overtime £19.79 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 20:00

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative / FLT to join one of our valued clients based in Thatcham. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity offering stable hours and the chance to join a friendly, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• General warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking and packing
• Stock replenishment and goods-in/goods-out handling
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is preferred (but not essential)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
