Project took around 10 weeks the project included:

- Conversion of carport into a lounge
- New Kitchen
- New Electrics
- New Heating system
- Addition of two new bathrooms and downstairs WC
- New Windows
- Full cosmetic works throughout
- New pitched roof and 4ft Skylight Kitchen

End result - rental increased from £1100 to £1500 pcm fully modernised property once completed valued with an additional £50k equity.
