Sales Operations & Account Support

At Origin, our Sales Operations & Account Support team plays a vital role in driving our success. This position is the backbone of our sales function—supporting growth by managing quotes, handling customer interactions, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote Management: Prepare and manage accurate quotes, ensuring all data is up to date in our CRM systems

• Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving queries and providing product information

• Sales Support: Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks, presentations, and delivery coordination

• Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with logistics, technical, and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery timelines
