Rajah Zen is close to my heart as it was the first herbal tea blend I created, packaged and gifted to another person.

Infused with healing, love and intention, this blend was created to assist with finding peace and calm. Supporting with stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, negative thought patterns and a general lack of clarity.
My desire to help ease their suffering and support in some way, guided me to my passion and love for nature's abundant medicinal plants.

Researching and exploring the chemical compounds, the regulatory and adaptogenic properties of the healing herbs, and understanding the bodys natural state and need for a calm nervous system to promote optimum health, helped me to create this wonderful, earthly blend.

I recommend sipping this hot tea in a sacred setting. Any space that is soothing and safe for a quiet moment, a meditation. Find calm rhythm in your breath. Inhale the armoas of the earth.
