Cold room install number 2 from this week ❄️🏪
This one was for a customer moving into a new premises and expanding their operation
They needed a dedicated cold room to chill dough during the fermentation process 🍞
Temperature control is a huge part of producing consistent results
Especially when working with dough at scale
The new setup gives them
• Controlled temperatures during fermentation
• More production capacity
• Better consistency across batches
• Reliable storage space as the business grows
This is something we are seeing more often with bakeries and food production businesses
As operations grow, standard refrigeration setups quickly become limiting
A properly designed cold room gives much better control over workflow and product quality
We designed and installed the system around how the customer actually works day to day
Because in food production, reliability matters just as much as temperature

For those who have not come across them before, they are an artisan bakery based in South Liverpool, supplying fresh bread and baked goods to cafés, restaurants and retail spaces across the city
