Strategy to simplifying your service offering.

Happy Monday my fellow business owners .

So in the last week a client and I have spent some time focusing on her service offering and how she can offer and add value to her clients without burning out.

There are 2 mistake business owners / solopreneurs make
1. They have too many services offerings running at a time.
2. They do not have a well thought out strategic workflow. Strategic workflow is when one activity leads to another
Therefore a lot of business owners end up stressed, overwhelmed and tired because what you are trying to do is exhausting.

To support you in simplifying and clarifying your offers, here are 4 strategic things to consider:

🔹Service mode - which is the method of service you are providing- I.e training , coaching or consulting etc..
🔹Support- this is what is offered to your clients. This can be DIY- do it yourself I.e self paced online course. WWY- work with you and finally DIFY do it for you.
🔹 Interaction - so how will this be offered. Is this 1:1 or as a group.
🔹Delivery - how will this be delivered? Virtually or in person.

After this you can start to map out the way at which your prospect will be interact with you once you have been able to reach them through your marketing efforts.

I advise my clients to always start simple and once you have your business operations on lock then you can start to expand your offerings.
