Disc brake back plates for pre war race cars. Fairly sure they weren't made like this in the 1930's.

A Silk Weaving Company sent me a large stainless steel pipe fitting to copy. The thread is non standard pitch and diameter with taper. After some head scratching and careful machining the customer reports that it fits perfectly.
