We’re pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mark Darrah as our new Chief Technology Officer, marking an exciting new chapter for the business.

Mark steps into the role following Matt Clayden’s decision to step aside after 25 years of leadership. Matt’s contribution has been central to Arc’s success, shaping the strong, innovative business we are today. We extend our sincere thanks to Matt for his dedication, strategic vision and lasting impact on the company.

Our CEO, James, said: “During the past two years, our business has changed significantly with three varied acquisitions. We’re thrilled to welcome Mark as our new CTO; his leadership, vision and deep understanding of the MSP landscape will be instrumental as we continue to expand our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients. I’d also like to thank Matt for his 25 years of commitment and service; Arc’s success owes a lot of what it is today to all his hard work, dedication and strategic direction of this business.”

Matt said: “It’s been an honour to help shape Arc’s technology and strategy over the past two decades. As I step aside, I do so with pride in what we’ve achieved together and with full confidence in the team that will continue driving our customers’ success through innovation and excellence. I’m deeply grateful for the relationships that have been built, with colleagues and customers alike, and I’m excited to see what the next chapter holds for Arc. I’d like to wish Mark every success in his new role as CTO, and finally, to thank my brother James for the opportunity to join Arc almost 30 years ago – it’s been a blast!”

Yesterday's charity football match in support of St Clare's Hospice was a fantastic event, adorned by many for a very worthy cause. ⚽

In the spirit of teamwork, there were no harsh tackles, just an evening filled with adrenaline and camaraderie.

But as in any competition, there could only be one winner. So, let's congratulate the Black Team for their triumph! 🏆
