Training in Thailand once again. A great month of MuayThai

Giving information of yourself is a difficult thing. People often tell me that when they explain their goals in life to a friend or family they often feel stupid as most say something like "Well that's a waste of time" or "you won't succeed" "you are not good enough" you will fail at this like you always fail".

That's one reason I ask you to share your goals, successes and failures throughout our weight plan with me directly. I am here to not only give affective helpful and constructive feedback but also be truthful even if that can sometimes be hard to hear. However it is said with a great future in mind not with the baggage of your past reflected by people who have previously seen you succeed and also struggle.

I remember myself struggling but years later gaining an MBA back when hardly anyone had such a qualification. In a fantastic high flying career my passion was always to open a full time martial arts academy but everyone except my wife said it was wrong and would fail. "Stay with the career and the money".

This year we came away to celebrate new year and train for a month in Thailand. Even after more than 40years of training I still love to learn and pick up little tips. Oh and we have had a full time martial arts academy for 12 years now.

Life is a once in a lifetime opportunity don't let others persuade you to waste it. Live it.
