New class starting at MiniChefs Club!

If you Home Educate and have a kitchen lover please do get in touch about a new class I’m starting in June.

I offer 1:1 sessions and have many MiniChefs attending, but if you were looking for a group activity I’m here to help! The classes will consist of 6 MiniChefs and are open to anyone aged 6 plus.

Today is National Yorkshire Pudding day - who is a fan?

It was always my favourite part of the Sunday roast as a child and now one of my Twinnies is exactly the same!

There are always many recipes to create these - here’s mine:-

Using a measuring jug, cracks 3 eggs and remember the ml.

👩‍🍳 Pour the eggs into a mixing bowl
👩‍🍳 Using the same ml as the eggs, measure plain flour and then milk and add to the mixing bowl
👩‍🍳 Whisk the batter until there are no lumps and leave in the fridge until needed (overnight is even better)
👩‍🍳 Set the oven temp to 240c, add a little oil to your Yorkshire pan and place into the oven until sizzling
👩‍🍳 Pour in your batter and cook for 20 mins and well risen
