Ever wonder what the team actually eats when they’re off the clock? 🥢

This is Becca’s go-to—our Bun Thit Nuong. Usually, you’ll find Becca behind the machine making sure your coffee is spot on, but when she’s finally on a break, she’s almost always diving into this.

It’s a vibrant bowl of vermicelli noodles, crisp cucumber, pickled carrots and fresh herbs, topped with that signature slow cooked pork belly and plenty of peanuts for the crunch. It’s got those bags of global flavor we're obsessed with, but it won't leave you feeling sluggish for the rest of the shift. 🥬🔥

The "Barista's choice" pairing? Our Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The deep, dark roast and sweet condensed milk are the perfect match for the savory glaze on the pork. 🧊☕️

Ever wonder what the team actually eats when they’re off the clock? 🥢

This is Emily’s GOAT meal—our Katsu Chicken. It’s been a staple on the menu for a long time, and honestly, it’s only gotten better as we’ve tweaked the recipe over the years. The recipe may have evolved but the one thing thats remained true is the fact we make this ourselves every time from scratch.

Emily looks after you all out in the front of house, but whilst she's making sure your time with us is perfect she's usually thinking about this crunchy panko breaded chicken breast and creamy sauce. One of the unsung heros of this dish...it’s that creamy sesame dressing on the cabbage. 🥬✨

If you’re feeling it, pair it with the new Umeshu Plum Cooler (pictured). The tartness of the Japanese plum cuts through the rich Katsu sauce perfectly. 🍑🍹
