Role Overview
As the Operations Coordinator, you will occupy an independent position collaborating with our Support Office functions and Production teams. Serving as a principal liaison, you will oversee the coordination of print projects between Sales and Production.
In this capacity, you will function as the primary contact for customers regarding order and delivery enquiries, consistently ensuring the provision of outstanding customer service.
This is a full-time position located at thier Head Quarters in Sheffield. The site is conveniently accessible via both bus and tram services.
Key Responsibilities
Raising & Processing Orders: Generate and issue accurate sales or purchase orders (POs) using company’s CRM.
Order Tracking: Monitor order progress from creation to delivery, ensuring products, services, or subcontracted works arrive on time and in full.
Production planning, the ability to liaise with the Sales Manager, Design and Marketing Manager and work very closely with other departments (Production and Finance) to help maintain a consistent workflow between sales and production.
Supplier Communication: consult with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, confirm delivery dates, and resolve any supply chain discrepancies or delays.
Experienced in handling import and export formalities.
Stock & Inventory Management: Log incoming goods, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory systems to reflect completed orders.
Discrepancy Resolution: review delivery notes, match purchase orders against supplier invoices, and escalate or resolve pricing and quantity errors.
Organised despatch daily.
Arranging sample fulfilment.
Managing incoming deliveries
Providing analysis data to Directors and or Team leaders from other departments
