Hello and welcome to our page. At Community Health and Wellbeing we provide an outstanding service to local communities by improving the lives of others through fitness, rehabilitation and education. From losing weight, nutrition planning, injury and rehabilitations or simply improving your general health or fitness, we provide you with a support system to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Treatment room / nail bar / make up studio, available for rent with flexible rental options available. These are two separate rooms with an internal door between so could be taken together or individually. The rooms are located in a back street building in the same building as our fitness rooms and Studio Hair Salon so possibilities for sharing trade / cross introductions. Our small personal training room, with a quality Life Fitness running machine, ab/dip machine, Olympic bar rack and a selection of weights. Ideal for some one who wants to train alone or for the personal trainer who wants to do one on one personal training. The room is approx 18sqM and it has use of separate ladies and gents toilets/shower/changing room. Available for rent by the hour, please DM or email for more information.
