We’re thrilled to announce that Location One and Great Point Studios Cardiff are now in partnership! This means that any productions based out of Great Point Studios can now benefit from a preferential hire rate on all our kit, both in studio and on location. Having a base at Great Point Studios also means we’ll be on hand for superior servicing and super speedy deliveries. It’s a match made in Welsh heaven!

What’s that? Crispin’s left Location One?! Well… that sounds big!
And it is — in that we’ll miss his unrivalled energy and charm on the daily. But also not, because the amazing team that Crispin & Carly so carefully built are all still here. The culture and HEART values they embedded continue to define who we are, and it’s very much business as usual.

After 17 years of building an incredible business, Crispin is now fulfilling a long-held plan: passing the reins to his trusted team while he heads off to enjoy some new adventures 🚀

To quote Crispin’s leaving song (yes, there was a song — and yes, it was epic):
“Well now this place is shipshape, my work here friends is done.”

That said, both Crispin & Carly will always be a huge part of the Location One family — and don’t be surprised if you see Crispin jumping in a truck to cover a delivery by next week 😉
