Barking parkrun

As per our previous post, we have a few regular volunteers unavailable this week. 3 local events are all cancelled so we expect an increased turn out. We urgently require a timekeeper, another barcode scanner from the start,someone to welcome the first timers and of course marshals are always most welcome. Also this week we need help setting up the event. If anyone can arrive by 8am and spend a little time putting out some signs and cones that would be fantastic
