❄️ Why We Don’t Clean Windows in Freezing Weather 🥶

We know you want a clear view, but when temperatures drop below zero, window cleaning becomes a significant safety risk. Here is why, and the reason for the delay in your scheduled cleans 🧼:

• Slip Hazards: Runoff water freezes instantly on paths and driveways, creating dangerous black ice for you and myself.

• Ice on Glass: Water can freeze directly onto the window pane before it can be squeegeed, leaving a blurry ice sheet instead of a clean finish.

• Equipment Failure: Freezing temps can damage our water-fed poles and hoses, making it impossible to provide a quality service.

Your safety is our priority. We will resume our normal cleaning schedule as soon as it is safe to do so. Thank you for your patience!

Hey everyone!

I’ve noticed a few new window cleaning groups popping up over the past few weeks. They’re showing up at customers’ homes, cleaning their windows, and then expecting to be paid. They’re even claiming to be taking over the cleaning business.

I want to make it clear that I won’t be sending anyone to clean your windows on my behalf.

If you encounter any of these groups, politely refuse to pay and ask them to leave your premises. They are trespassing since you didn’t invite them. If for any reason you are unsure, tell them you have a regular window
cleaner and you will pay him when he calls.
