Problem = Leaking flat roof of a front entrance hallway, which caused severe sub structural damage as you can see water damage and rot.
Action = striped back, removing damaged timber work, then we replaced & restored the timber work, adding a gradual slope to prevent happening again and water could flow away. Finished with felt, new lead work and restored copings. 🤩 THE REAL DREAM 🤩
