Of course with lockdown in Northern Ireland we can't meet 😔😷🦠💉 (anyone know the date when we can - I've lost track!)

Hopefully after lockdown everyone will be desperate to get out, meet up and run/jog/plod 🏃‍♀️🏃

🏃‍♀️❄️🌳 Lunchtime run on my own today - following lockdown rules (ughh) 🏃‍♀️❄️🌳

It's 1 degree outside - beautiful, blue sky & lots of ice. I've never run with so much clothing ! - 2 long sleeve tops, waterproof, gloves Got my Christmas pressie Sweaty Betty leggings on! 🎁🎅

👟 A slow run as the roads were icy - wore my battered trail trainers. 👟 Lovely to get out 😀

🏃😷🤦‍♀️ Great time to start a running group... 🤦‍♀️🏃‍♀️🦠

Further to the latest NI Executive restrictions in force from Saturday 26th December - Outdoor exercise is permitted only as an individual or with members of your own household during this time.

👟🌤🌳 Don't let this stop you running on your own, get out & enjoy the fresh air - or even to start running. 👟🐿🐦
