Catching up on things with a project completed in March.

A property in Lowdham had flood damage….twice in a few short months!

Our first course of action was to install a permanent sump pump as the client had good flood defences and the water that did seep in just needed ejecting. This pump is sat under the stairs with a hatch for maintenance access. Any water that does make its way in is quickly ejected back outside.

Then we brought the interior back up to standard. We supplied a new kitchen from (worktops by ) Redecorated, new skirting boards, got rid of the old fireplace and installed an electric fire flush which is set far enough off the floor not to be affected in future, mounted the TV to the fireplace to give more space in the room and to finish off we built a custom alcove unit with shelf over.

The big workhorse has got a new coat. Plenty of room for all our tools and materials.
