🌍International Men’s Day! Today, we celebrate the incredible contributions of men in our lives and the importance of mental health. At Infinitytherapy4u we believe it’s essential to recognise those who inspire and support us in our mental health journeys.

I want to take a moment to honor two very important men:

1. George Bruce Snr- For always being there, encouraging open and honest discussions. His vulnerability and bravery in putting his family first show us all the strength of emotional support.

2. George Bruce Jr.- For being approachable and always ready to support others. His natural empathy and love highlight the importance of mental health, especially while managing a long-term health condition.
