Three different programme pathways have been selected that we feel that will benefit our audience.
I am passionate about the fitness industry and feel its in a lost place over these past years. so these programmes are hugely transparent and want the best for each individual.
The Power program :- Is designed for the functional fitness word. To guide and elevate their athletic ability in their field whether it be on the competition floor or within their garage.
The Hyper program :- is for the regular gym goer who wants a program they can stick to, with a mixture of hypertrophy and cardio vascular elements that will aid performance and improve general fitness and health.
Our grass routes program :- is suited for new starters in the gym unsure of what to do or follow. Brings a basic level of knowledge to your fitness journey. This program is great to get a general understanding of gyms and not left you in the lurch when selecting what to do at the gym.
