What do you know about hand reflexology? It’s one of my treatments I offer, whilst I get to know my clients well being objectives.

Today I happened to be able to help a work colleague who was finding herself in reoccurring pain. By applying both thumb walking and pressure points on her palms, wrists and hands, taking just 5-10 minutes, she felt a connection, and an immediate benefit with pain relief.
