Just a quick question. Does anyone listen to or has listened to our podcast? I like to think at least a few people have. I think it’s decent but for those of you who have thrown an ear in its general direction, what do you think of it?
I’m going to add a photo of me and Liz on this post in the hope it fools the Facebook algorithm not to suppress me promoting something I genuinely love being involved in.

I’m not a full time creator as many of you know so during times when I’m busy doing my day job my content dips and I end up having to share boring photos of me in socks. I’m away at Windsor Castle at the moment and will be here for another 3 weeks so don’t expect much in the way of new Reels. I will be posting reworked old videos in the meantime so please bear with me . . .

It’s that time of day again when I return to my little cabin in the woods, arm myself with a rum and sit on my step and reflect on the day. It was fu***ng windy today so much so that kite flying would have been an adrenaline sport. Anyway, thank you to everyone that popped in and commented about Jennifer Garner. In the grand scheme of social media having any connection, no matter how small to such a lovely human is something I’m proud of.
