The cross wasn't a tragic detour. It wasn't plan B.

Every step Jesus took on this earth moved Him deliberately toward Calvary. He wasn't caught off guard by His suffering. He wasn't a helpless victim of circumstance. From eternity past, the cross was the plan — because we were the plan. He came on purpose, for us, on purpose.

What does it change for you to know the cross wasn't an accident? Share below. 👇

There's a particular kind of hunger that only the faithful preaching of God's Word can satisfy.

This testimony is short, but it says so much:

"Where would I be without your broadcasts in the 70s and 80s when I was in a wasteland of Christ-less churches. But He directed me, and I praise Him for using this ministry to feed me when I was starving for the preaching of the gospel."

Decades later, the fruit of that season is still bearing witness. A believer fed. A heart anchored. A life still pointing back to the One who never stopped pursuing.

This is why the ministry of teaching the Bible matters — not for the platform, but for the person in the wasteland who needs to hear the gospel preached clearly, faithfully, week after week. God uses His Word to find His people, and He's been doing it for a long time.

Has the steady preaching of Scripture nourished you in a dry season? We'd love to hear how God has fed your soul.

Whether you're celebrating on Cloud Nine or tangled in something you can't figure out, He remains firmly, unshakably for you.

"God is for us — who is against us?" — Romans 8:31

There's no shortage of advice for hard seasons. Strategies, mindsets, methods, mantras. But when we look deeper—to a hill outside Jerusalem, to a Man on a cross, to a shadow that falls across every grief we'll ever carry, we realise something critical:

The cross doesn't erase suffering. It does something better, it locates our suffering inside His. It tells us we are not alone in the dark, and we are not without hope in the waiting.

The Saviour who endured the cross is the same One walking with you now.

Jesus entered the full depth of human experience so that nothing you face would ever be outside His understanding.

"Jesus also… suffered outside the gate." — Hebrews 13:12

What does it mean to you that Jesus didn't just observe our suffering from a distance — He entered it? Share your thoughts below.

We often talk about the faith it takes to survive a crisis. But what about the faith it takes to survive a Tuesday?

The dramatic trials get our attention — they force us to our knees, strip away pretence, and remind us who's in charge.

Here's a reminder for today: it's the quiet, relentless, ordinary grind of life that does the deepest forming. The daily commute. The ongoing health concern. The relationship that doesn't resolve. These aren't obstacles to spiritual growth. They're the soil of it.
