Hello, I’m Amanda — thank you for being here!

My clinical interests include low back pain, pregnancy care, TMJ dysfunction, and neck complaints, and I’m committed to helping each person feel heard, supported, and empowered in their recovery.

When I’m not in clinic, I’m happiest with my family, out running, or enjoying some time baking or sewing. These moments keep me grounded and energised for the work I love.

I can’t wait to connect with you and continue building a community focused on movement, comfort, and wellbeing.
