Happy International Men’s Day! 💙
Today we celebrate the strength, compassion, and resilience of men everywhere. True masculinity isn’t about being invulnerable, it’s about empathy, respect, and showing up for others and yourself.
Tomorrow, we’re continuing the conversation with a panel discussion on men’s mental health and the stereotypes that surround it. 🧠💬
