I am very sad to say that I will be leaving Aberdeen at the end of the month. 😢 Most of my classes have been passed on to incredible teachers who will be able to continue your yoga practice with you and teach you some new tricks.

Thank you so much to all of you who have been coming to my classses, I've enjoyed teaching you so much I've stayed in aberdeen twice as long as I had initially planned and you will all be greatly missed! I will be back on holidays and will try and arrange some lovely workshops for you all so this won't be a final goodbye!

In the meantime I will be teaching a yoga class in Duthie Park this Sunday from 11 - 12:30 as the forecast looks good 🌞 Please bring a mat/towel and some water with you if you fancy a stretch in the sunshine 💛🌞💛
