Feingeback

It is with a heavy heart to announce that Feingeback will be closing for good at the end of May. I have truly loved the last 5 years running my mini pastry business baking my heart out, to bring some delicious pastries to you all to enjoy. I can also not thank all my wonderful customers and wholesalers enough for supporting my business and this whole journey, as baking is my passion it makes it that much harder to announce this decision.

However I recently found myself with less and less time to be able fit everything in. And I feel that I want to be more present for my little girl and just my family and friends in general which lead me to make this decision.

I will be delivering my pastries as usual on a Saturday to all my wholesalers until Saturday 31st of May. I will re-open my website by the end of this week for anyone to place and order for collection as well.

‘Cappuccino Mille-feuille’

This year my Valentine’s Day special will be a cappuccino Mille-feuille it’s made up of a home-made classic puff pastry filled with a cappuccino crème patissiere and topped with some icing sugar and cappuccino flavoured chocolate. So flaky, buttery and just delicious a perfect dessert for your valentine’s day.
The Mille-feuille will only be available to order for Valentine’s Day, all information on how to get your orders in I will post soon so keep an eye out.

As we slowly approach February and with that Valentine’s Day so am I preparing and trailing various delicious pastry ideas. These beautiful heart shaped Danish will have a cheesecake centre and topped with delicious fresh strawberries, what’s not to like!?!
