Many of you will know the story of the incredibly brave little boy, Teddy Sloman, who has been battling high-risk neuroblastoma for over 12 months. Neuroblastoma is a rare and aggressive childhood cancer.

Last summer, our club, village and wider community came together to support Teddy and his family. Kramer Sloman and his family are one of our own, and the kindness and generosity shown by everyone was truly overwhelming. The funds raised helped support the family while they spent month after month by Teddy's bedside at Noah's Ark Children's Hospital in Cardiff.

Sadly, the family are now facing their biggest challenge yet.

Although Teddy has come so far, he remains at high risk of his cancer returning. For children who relapse, survival rates are heartbreakingly low.
There is a maintenance treatment that helps reduce the risk of relapse, but it has recently been withdrawn in the UK.

There are now only three treatment options available anywhere in the world to give Teddy this vital protection – two in the USA and one in Rome – and each comes with a significant financial cost.

Once again, we're asking our amazing community to come together and help raise as much as possible to give Teddy the best chance for a healthy future.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be announcing a range of fundraising events. The first will be our Together for Teddy Family Fundraiser Day at the club on August Bank Holiday Sunday. It promises to be a fantastic day with live music on the lawn, plenty of entertainment for the children, and something for everyone to enjoy.
We'll also be holding a raffle and would be incredibly grateful if any local businesses could donate a prize. If you're able to help, please contact:

Lyndsey: 07786 226426

Please take a moment to read Teddy's full story on the Together for Teddy page https://www.facebook.com/togetherforteddy

Every donation, every raffle prize, every share and every act of kindness—no matter how big or small—will make a real difference.
Thank you for your continued support. Together, we can help Teddy and his family through this next chapter. ❤️💙💛
