Inventec Performance Chemicals acquires SMT International LLC!
With acquisition Inventec expands its global footprint to North America and its product offering with AMTECH solder paste and process support products.
On December 16, 2014 it was announced that SMT International LLC, the manufacturer of AMTECH solder pastes and process support products, was acquired by Inventec Performance Chemicals, a leading global manufacturer of solder paste, conformal coating and precision cleaning solutions. The merged companies will operate as Inventec Performance Chemicals USA (Inventec USA), a division of the Dehon Group.
