This project aims to transform a second-floor apartment within a mid-twentieth-century building near Trastevere station in Rome into a spacious, open area. It offers versatility through a dynamic, non-static opening system, allowing for various configurations to accommodate diverse needs. Whether it's a growing family, the desire for an inviting space for guests, or even a grandfather's passion for professional pinball, this project has it covered.
Furthermore, the project includes ample storage space customized to the client's lifestyle, considering the absence of a common cellar option.

The design concept takes into careful consideration a multitude of factors, including the surrounding environment, space optimization, economic feasibility, long-term durability, adaptability, and the potential for future furniture reconfiguration.
